Responsibilities

• Support timely delivery of recurrent tasks alongside the Clinical Trial Manager
• Compile and maintain project status reports in CTMS
• Coordinate with global internal teams, Sponsors, sites, and third-party vendors
• Own the Trial Master File
• Create and maintain project timelines and enrolment projections
• Coordinate project meetings and produce minutes

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
• Excellent oral and written English communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in a health sciences or business setting preferred
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail
