Join Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory team in Manchester to help clients optimise capital projects and real estate investments. You will work across procurement, delivery strategy, assurance, and due diligence to drive measurable impact. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to support large programmes and sustain client relationships. Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end business advice to optimise large capital projects and programmes
• Support Capital Projects Delivery across private and public sectors, including Deloitte’s occupied portfolio
• Advise on Procurement and Delivery Strategy, PMO setup, governance, procurement approaches and organisation structures
• Conduct Capital Projects Assurance to identify improvements and strengthen client confidence in delivery
• Provide technical Due Diligence advice for M&A activities and financial restructuring

Key requirements

• Professionally qualified with relevant qualification (e.g., Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy, Building Surveying, Engineering – MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS, MICE, IStructE, CEng or equivalent)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Experience delivering high-quality project management services in the real estate and construction sectors
