Senior/Associate Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for diverse buildings projects (car showrooms, RC frames, steel frames, refurbishments, new flats, commercial, industrial, leisure)
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians
• Coordinate with Directors and sister business to align on design and delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations
• Contribute to business growth and strategic direction of the practice
• Ensure high-quality, code-compliant structural designs across disciplines

Key requirements

• MIStructE or MICE qualification
• Extensive experience in all aspects of buildings design
• Ability to run projects and manage delivery
• Strong communication skills
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
