Full Stack Engineer

Overview

In this FastTrack role you help customers deploy, adopt, and value Microsoft cloud solutions, guiding multitech deployments from onboarding to AI-enabled transformation. You work across product, engineering, and field teams to remove blockers and accelerate time-to-value, focusing on secure, integrated deployment strategies. You influence outcomes by translating technical concepts into business value and sharing practices to scale delivery. Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions to accelerate business value.
• Provide consultative guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas, managing inter-workload dependencies (notably Purview and Data Security).
• Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and speed value realization.
• Collaborate with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve outcomes.
• Enable secure AI experiences by integrating identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agents into deployment plans.
• Contribute to scalable delivery by refining playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence.
• Advocate for customers by feeding field insights back to engineering and product teams.

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience deploying, adopting, or optimizing Microsoft cloud technologies with measurable business outcomes
• Project management experience
• Relationship management or customer success experience
• IT customer-facing experience
• Professional fluency in Italian, Spanish, French or German languages
