Overview

In this role you ensure accurate, timely publication of ratings, press releases, and disclosures. You will work within Moody’s Release Management team to coordinate end-to-end workflows, engage with analysts and stakeholders, and uphold controls and quality checks. You’ll leverage data tools and AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how Moody’s communicates risk and disclosures to the market. You’ll join a global team that values curiosity, integrity, and collaboration to deliver reliable, timely information.

Responsibilities

  • Support accurate and timely rating publication and disclosure workflows through end-to-end execution
  • Execute publication, press release, disclosure, and dissemination workflows with precision
  • Manage shared mailboxes and routine requests with prompt routing and follow-up
  • Prioritize work across recurring deadlines to maintain workflow continuity
  • Validate outputs and apply controls for accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate discrepancies and escalate non-routine issues as needed
  • Monitor workflow progress and coordinate with analysts and stakeholders to minimize rework
  • Escalate data, system, or control issues that could impact quality or execution
  • Support stakeholder communication and provide coverage during peak periods using data tools and AI-enabled solutions

Key requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to perform end-to-end tasks with limited supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication for routine publication matters
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Working knowledge of operational workflows, controls, and tracking reports
  • Sound judgment to resolve standard workflow issues and escalate higher-risk matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; foundational experience with AI productivity tools, basic data queries, and dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Up to one year of relevant experience in operations, workflow processing, or financial services is preferred
