As an Analytics Solutions Architect, lead end-to-end analytics and AI initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Define scalable, secure architectures and governance standards, guiding delivery teams from design to production. Shape enterprise data models, semantic layers and blueprints that scale across federated teams. Drive platform strategy and enable business impact through cross-functional collaboration and mentoring. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and AI solution design across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform and Copilot, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to craft AI-ready data architectures and validate emerging technologies via PoCs.
• Define enterprise standards, governance, and reusable blueprints to accelerate delivery and quality across federated teams.
• Shape platform strategy and optimization for analytics workloads, contributing to governance, monitoring, cost management, and roadmaps.
• Build analytics and AI capability through mentoring and training, modernizing the analytics estate and decommissioning legacy platforms.

Key requirements

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics and AI solutions in a Microsoft-centric environment (Fabric, Azure Databricks, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
• Strategic and hands-on ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, secure architectures close to delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Governance and engineering excellence, with ability to define standards and reusable architectural patterns.
• Advanced skills in DAX, SQL, Python and deep expertise in dimensional modelling and analytics data architecture.
