As Real Estate Finance Associate, you will handle large-scale real estate finance transactions for lenders, within a prestigious global City law firm. Responsibilities

• Lender-focused real estate financing transactions for banks, private banks, and specialist lenders
• Carry out due diligence including title reviews or property reports
• Prepare and manage completion undertakings
• Handle UHNW/HNW borrower work, including lender consents
• Collaborate with the insolvency team on disposals

Key requirements

• 3–5 PQE
• E&W qualified
• At least 3 years dedicated real estate finance experience in a Legal 500 London-ranked team
• Strong academic record

• Real estate finance
• Due diligence (title reviews, property reports)
• Lender-side transactions

• Insolvency-related disposals
