Responsibilities

  • Manage residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from instruction to post-completion
  • Provide practical, client-focused guidance throughout transactions
  • Build relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
  • Utilise case management systems and digital tools to ensure efficient client experience
  • Support networking and business development initiatives

Key requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
