Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership, equity release)
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the property department

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Experience across residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage own caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, commercially minded and proactive
