Overview

As Marine Cargo Broking Leader, you’ll inherit an established portfolio and guide a high-performing team to grow it further. You will lead from the front, coaching and developing colleagues while personally engaging with new and existing clients across Europe and North America. Joining a Lloyd’s wholesale broker with a strong market reputation, you’ll shape growth strategies and represent the business globally. Responsibilities

• lead and coach the Marine Cargo team to maximize performance
• develop and execute strategies for portfolio growth
• manage an existing client portfolio and pursue new business
• travel to meet clients and build relationships
• work alongside a counterpart to ensure cohesive leadership
• maintain hands-on involvement with broking tools and activities
• contribute to market positioning and growth initiatives for global expansion
• represent the firm with clients and partners in Europe and North America

Key requirements

• 10+ years in marine cargo insurance
• prior leadership or senior responsibilities
• ability to travel for client engagements
• proven track record with client relationships and business development
• experience with Lloyd’s wholesale brokerage environment (preferred)
