Overview

In this role you own a portfolio of clients, monitoring performance and delivering a personal service. You act as the primary day-to-day contact, balancing risk with service to sustain client relationships. You will validate invoices and supporting documents, ensuring recoverability within company requirements. Your work supports client retention and requires understanding each client’s business. This position offers impact through client service, risk oversight, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions on ledgers, including cash receipts, schedules and payments, adhering to deadlines and accuracy standards.
• Balance risk and service to keep invoices accurate and collectible without harming client relations.
• Verify debt purchases, ensure invoices and documents are legitimate, and complete verification per company policy.
• Deliver client service and act as the main daily contact for clients, addressing questions and requests.
• Monitor risk across the portfolio using available tools and maintain awareness of client business needs.
