Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial property transactions across the UK for developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients
• Work on industrial and logistics development and investment projects
• Handle commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Contribute to development projects and landlord-tenant matters
• Engage in asset management and broader real estate transactions
• Collaborate with senior colleagues in a national Real Estate group
• Manage a varied caseload with independence while supporting team culture

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE in a strong commercial property practice
• Experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant, and asset management
• Interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to handle high-value clients
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
