Senior Claims Broker

Overview

In this role you will manage Delegated Authority and Facultative claims from notification to settlement while acting as a primary link between clients, brokers, insurers, and market stakeholders. You will service an international client base in the London Market, using Lloyd’s systems to monitor progress and ensure accurate, efficient processing. Your Italian language skills will enable effective communication with Italian-speaking clients and contacts. This is a collaborative role in a respected Lloyd’s/London Market organisation with clear career prospects and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Delegated Authority and Facultative claims from notification through to settlement
• Liaise between clients, brokers, insurers, Coverholders and market stakeholders
• Broker claims into the London Market and monitor progression
• Resolve queries and ensure accurate, efficient processing of claims
• Interact regularly with Italian-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Utilise Lloyd’s systems (ECF and CLASS) and maintain high service standards

Key requirements

• Claims broking or handling experience within Lloyd’s and/or London Market
• Strong understanding of Delegated Authority and/or Facultative business
• Proficiency using Lloyd’s systems (ECF and CLASS)
• Fluent Italian with professional communication
• Casualty claims experience advantageous
• Solid understanding of London Market claims processes and stakeholder management
