Senior Team Lead | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000 – £60,000
I’m currently working with a growing specialist consultancy operating in the Utilities sector, looking to appoint a Senior Team Lead to lead and develop their Consultancy and Project Management teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager from a consultancy or professional services background to have a real impact on team performance, development and future growth.
The Role:
You’ll take responsibility for the performance, development, wellbeing and capacity of a team of 7+ professionals, working closely with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing the team
Managing performance, wellbeing and career development
Developing recruitment and workforce plans
Managing capacity, resourcing and succession planning
🤝 Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders
🚀 Driving improvements across team performance and culture
This is primarily a people leadership role, rather than a traditional client-utilisation position.
What We’re Looking For:
- A numbers years’ experience, including management of teams of 7+
- Consultancy, professional services or similar background
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Experience with recruitment, workforce planning and resourcing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in the Water or Utilities industry desired
