A leading global organisation is seeking a Junior Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Advising on day-to-day employment law issues and employee relations matters
Supporting tribunal litigation, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and restructures
Drafting and reviewing policies, contracts, settlement agreements and employment documentation
Advising on TUPE and people-related aspects of commercial contracts
Opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, training and legislative change initiatives
✅ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
✅ The ideal candidate will have circa 1-3 years’ PQE in employment law
✅ Employment tribunal and advisory experience
✅ Strong stakeholder management and drafting skills
