What we’re looking for:

• CCNA minimum
• Strong Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking knowledge
• Experience across WAN/LAN and network switching
• Exposure to technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or Zscaler
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer network incidents
• Some understanding of SD-WAN / software-defined networking
• Comfortable working directly with customers, vendors and service providers

Package:

• £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
• £3,000 on-call allowance
• Remote/home-based working
