A well-regarded, well-established law firm in Buckinghamshire is looking to strengthen its busy residential conveyancing team with a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer at NQ to two years’ PQE level.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to step into a role within a fully residential department, supporting an experienced Head of Department. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, friendly team with full paralegal and secretarial support in place.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions from instruction to completion
- Working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent) with up to two years’ PQE
- Confident handling standard freehold and leasehold matters with minimal supervision
- Strong client care skills and comfortable with a high volume of estate agent contact
