The Role
We are seeking a Graduate or Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with an interest in developing their career within the façades, cladding, roofing or wider building envelope sector.
Graduates and students currently studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualification are encouraged to apply. We are open to candidates with little or no industry experience, as well as those with approximately 1–3 years’ relevant experience. You will support the commercial management of specialist façade and cladding projects, gaining practical experience across valuations, variations, cost control, contract administration and final accounts. Working closely with operations, design, procurement and project teams, you will develop your commercial knowledge while contributing to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the commercial management of façade and cladding projects.

- Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting.

- Monitor project costs and support commercial performance.
- Develop practical quantity surveying skills within a specialist contracting environment.
Requirements
- Studying towards or holding a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Graduates and current university students are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with approximately 1–3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably within façades, cladding, roofing or the building envelope, are also encouraged.
- Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
