I’m working on an exclusive retained assignment for an established, well-respected corporate business seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail and office properties across the North East.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role requiring a strong background in Facilities Management, with responsibility for both hard and soft services, contractor management, compliance, H&S, budgets and stakeholder relationships.

• Industrial, retail & office portfolio
• Multi-site role covering Newcastle and the wider North East
• Proven FM experience required, including hard & soft services
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
