The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable
Electrical Engineer
to join our team at a prestigious site on
Belgravia, London .The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring the building’s electrical systems and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.Undertake routine inspections and testing of electrical systems.Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with health and safety procedures.Maintain accurate records of completed works and report any outstanding issues.Work effectively alongside other engineers and site-based teams.Support the smooth and efficient operation of the building and its electrical systems.Participate in the site callout rota, approximately
1 week in 2 .
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as an
Electrical Engineer
within a commercial building or facilities management environment.Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience.Relevant electrical qualifications.Good understanding of health and safety requirements.Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.Good communication and organisational skills.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.Willingness to participate in the callout rota.
