£14.2928 days of annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)Flexible dental insurance plansCompany sponsored pension scheme24/7 online GP service, life assurance and fully comprehensive employee assistance programmeAccess to our MyBenefits platform, offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!Admission to GXO University, our online learning platform enabling you to achieve your career aspirations!What you will do on a typical day:Support stock take activities and ongoing inventory reviews, carrying out stock counts, audits and investigations to maintain stock accuracy across the operationMaintain strong stock control by following agreed procedures, updating inventory records and resolving stock discrepancies, defects and customer queries promptlySupport warehouse operations across Goods In, replenishment, picking and loading activities, ensuring stock is processed accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouseEnsure stock is handled, stored and moved safely, using RF scanners and warehouse systems to meet operational targets, compliance standards and documentation requirementsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience within a warehouse, inventory or stock control environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes and implement effective solutionsGood IT, literacy and numeracy skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, RF scanners and spreadsheetsA current MHE licence issued by a recognised institution is preferred, alongside a strong commitment to safe working practices, teamwork and flexibilityWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
