Job Title: Real Estate Finance Associate- Global City law firm
Salary: £120,000-£130,000
PQE Level: 3-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our client is a leading global City law firm with a strong commercial real estate and finance offering.
Role: Big ticket real estate financing on behalf of primarily lenders alongside borrowers:
- Lender focused including large banks, private banks, specialist finance providers
- DD including reviewing title or producing property reports
- Completion undertakings
- HNW/UHNW borrower work including lender consents
- Working with the insolvency team regarding disposals

Successful candidate:
- 3-5 PQE, E&W qualified
- At least 3 years dedicated real estate finance experience gained within a Legal 500 London ranked team
