Trauma-Informed Clinical Team Lead, Child & Family Health

Hackney Children’s & Families Service seeks a Clinical Team Lead to steer its trauma-informed mental health service for children, young people, families and care leavers. You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team within a STAR framework to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions.

You will provide specialist assessments, supervise staff, drive service development and build partnerships with CAMHS and schools, ensuring inclusive and anti-racist practice across the service.
