Unilever Manufacturing Systems (UMS) Lead at Grimsby site steers UMS rollout across the sourcing unit to improve OEE and productivity. Develops the UMS Masterplan aligned with manufacturing strategy and coaches operators, engineers and managers across the site.

You will lead the Focused Improvement Pillar, manage the UMS Specialist and Manufacturing Technicians, and coordinate with external stakeholders to drive loss reduction and continuous improvement in inbound and outbound supply chains.
