Head of Asset Strategy & Investment Planning

First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking a Head of Asset Strategy to steer long-term asset management, investment planning and sustainability for over 11,500 homes. You will lead Asset Planning, Asset Surveying and Sustainability teams, ensuring robust short, medium and long-term investment plans that deliver value for money and meet regulatory requirements.

You will report to the Director of Assets & Sustainability and drive data-driven investment priorities, EPC targets and Net Zero ambitions
