UK Retail Sales Director – Growth & Partnerships

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Retail Sales Director to lead and expand the UK Retail business from Cambridge, with ~one day per week in the office and 30% travel. You will drive new customer acquisition, expand existing relationships and deliver revenue and profit growth.

You will own the retail channel performance, negotiate with key partners, and lead a high-performing sales team, while ensuring forecast accuracy and inventory planning in collaboration with Operations.
