AI Security Engineer: Design & Defend AI Systems

Janus Henderson London is seeking a hands-on security engineer to secure AI systems, models, agents, and the platforms beneath them across their full lifecycle. You will define and evolve AI security standards, guardrails, and governance to enable secure AI adoption at enterprise scale.

You will balance risk management with velocity, work closely with AI Technology and Infosec, and help translate security requirements into practical, scalable controls for the firm’s AI initiatives.
