Senior European Performance Activation Lead

PHD is seeking an experienced Performance Lead to join our European Digital Activation Hub in London. You will shape performance activation across Europe, coordinating across search, paid social and programmatic, and translating business goals into measurable roadmaps that drive digital commerce.

You will partner with data, analytics and effectiveness teams to apply MMM, incrementality testing and advanced attribution, while guiding senior stakeholders on investment decisions.
