Senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Mental Health (CMHT)

Greater Manchester Mental Health is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to lead advanced practice within a Bolton Community Mental Health Team. The post holder will provide prescribing and expert clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes and ensure safe, evidence-based care.

The role requires accountability for practice, integration with MDT, and development of nurse-led clinics, with potential involvement in service development and education.
