Team Manager, Children & Families – Hybrid Leader

Slough Children First is seeking a dynamic Team Manager for the Assessment & Intervention Service in Slough. You will lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers to deliver statutory duties and safeguard children, collaborating across teams.

The role requires Social Work England registration and substantial post-qualification experience in children and families social work, with a hybrid pattern of at least 3 days in the office.
