Global Travel Ops & Compliance Lead

AXA Partners is seeking a Travel Operations Expert to join the Commercial & Operations Department in the United Kingdom. You will support the Head of IPASA Contracts, overseeing end-to-end performance, compliance and operational delivery of IPASA contracts across markets, with responsibilities spanning governance, regulatory reporting and complaints management.

You will manage TPA relationships, drive process improvements, and ensure financial controls and risk governance are robust.
