Quality & Compliance Lead – Food Tech & Launch Readiness

ZOE is seeking a Quality & Technical Specialist to own the QMS, product compliance, supplier controls, and quality processes as we scale into retail channels. You will partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Manufacturing partners to ensure compliance and smooth launches.

You will lead QA audits, review CoAs, manage allergen controls, and drive CAPA and recalls readiness across UK/EU supply chains. This role requires 2–5 years in food/QC and willingness to travel.
