Technical Manager – House Building Leader

Encon Staffing Associates Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager for a profitable East Midlands house-builder. You’ll come from an engineering background and lead a multidisciplinary technical team, setting priorities and milestones to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate consultant design, ensure Buildability and regulatory compliance, and work closely with production for design changes, while supporting procurement with technical input and risk management.
