Hybrid Finance Manager: Budgeting & Donor Reporting

Afid is seeking a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our close-knit finance team in London. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, reporting and donor compliance across UK and international offices.

You will develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, support monthly performance reviews, oversee payroll and VAT processes, and drive process improvements within a collaborative, NGO-focused environment with hybrid working two days in the London office.
