Birdie Care Services Limited is seeking a People & Talent Operations Partner to own day-to-day hiring and people processes, delivering a fast, high-quality experience for candidates and Birdie alike. You’ll be the first friendly face for many applicants and a trusted partner across the business.

You’ll manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, office logistics in London, and collaboration with Finance for payroll and benefits, while driving process improvements and exploring AI-assisted solutions.
