Housing Development Programme & Compliance Leader

Midland Heart Ltd. is seeking a Programme & Compliance Manager to oversee the Homes England programme, ensure compliant funding and accurate reporting from inception through completion. You will monitor cash flows, maintain scheme appraisals and manage risks across the development pipeline.

You will lead external audits, support internal audits, and build strong relationships with Homes England, partners and local authorities to deliver affordable housing at pace and quality.
