Hands-on Financial Controller for ERP-Driven Growth

NXTGEN is working with an established Norfolk manufacturer to recruit a hands-on Financial Controller who will own the accounts and help optimise the finance function following recent ERP investment.

You’ll work closely with business owners and cross‑functionally to drive improvements, lead year-end and quarterly reporting, payroll, audits, and robust financial controls, while simplifying reporting and strengthening processes across the organisation.
