Operational Scheduling & Tender Manager

Adventure Travel in Cardiff on-site is seeking a motivated Commercial Manager with scheduling experience to drive revenue growth and efficiency. You will help develop bids and tenders and provide scheduling expertise to ensure proposals are deliverable and aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Finance to ensure proposals are achievable, compliant and cost-effective while maintaining a strong market presence.
