Financial Accountant – Real Estate (Hybrid, London)

Equifind are recruiting for a qualified Financial Accountant to join a Real Estate Development firm in London. This is a newly created role within a finance team of seven people, supporting the Head of Finance and overseeing core financial reporting across the Group’s corporate entities.

You’ll manage three direct reports (AP & AR) and play a hands-on role in preparing financial statements, audit readiness, and tax reporting cycles.
