BIM & CAD Lead – Building Services

BSV Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Manager to lead the delivery of CAD and BIM standards across building services projects. You will manage digital design processes, coordinate models and drawings, and support engineering teams to deliver accurate project information.

The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, knowledge of ISO 19650, and a proactive approach to improving BIM workflows, training staff, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across projects.
