Talent Development Lead — 12-Month Contract

Osborne Clarke is seeking a People Development Manager to define and deliver talent development initiatives for our legal teams across UK offices. The role focuses on needs analysis, design of interventions, and delivering both learning events and programmes.

The post supports career progression and client outcomes, with line management of a PD Advisor. Based out of Bristol, the role can be part-time or full-time and involves delivering virtual and in-person learning across the UK.
