Hospital-at-Home Healthcare Support Worker

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Healthcare Support Workers to deliver care at patients’ homes across Southampton and surrounding areas. This fast-paced role involves basic health observations, rehabilitation support, personal care, mobility assistance and emotional wellbeing.

You will work within multi-disciplinary teams, with shifts from 8am to 8pm, up to two weekends per month.
