Custody-to-Employment Support Specialist

Shaw Trust is seeking a CFO Custody Support Worker to manage a caseload of participants with complex needs in custody, providing high quality support to enable resettlement and entry into sustainable employment.

You will maintain case notes, input achievements into CATS+ and update P-Nomis where relevant, while building relationships with prisons and local partners to ensure referrals and smooth transitions through pre-release and RoTL processes.
