Home Care Support Worker — Complex Neurological Care

Active Care Group is seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join a dedicated care team supporting a gentleman in his 30s living in East Preston (BN16, West Sussex) who has a brain injury from a road traffic accident.

You will provide full personal care and daily living support, assist with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy in his on-site pool, and undertake occasional overnight clinical tasks with full training provided; shifts are day-time, 8:00am–8:00pm, on a flexible zero-hours
