Prison Mental Health Support Worker – Bank (Flexible Hours)

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Bank Mental Health Support Worker to support inmates at HMP Bristol. The role is Band 4 with flexible bank hours up to 37.5 per week, ad-hoc shifts. This is a challenging, rewarding post within our offender healthcare team, delivering care that is patient-centered and recovery-focused.

The post involves care coordination, engagement with service users and carers, and supporting resettlement planning within an integrated healthcare model.
