Engaging Complex Care Support Worker (Home-Based)

Superior Healthcare is seeking Healthcare Support Workers to assist a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This role focuses on person-centred care, encouraging engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction.

Caregivers should be warm, confident, and energetic, comfortable around pets, and able to follow the client’s lead for activities. Training in tracheostomy care is provided with NVQ/Diploma development opportunities.
