Flexible-Hours Revenues Collector – Public Sector

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Revenues Collection Officer in Hove to join a busy corporate recovery team. You will collect money owed to the city from organisations and individuals, assisting customers digitally, on the phone and face to face to resolve complex queries.

You will provide compassionate service, arrange suitable payment plans, and apply discretion when dealing with vulnerable customers while maintaining high data accuracy.
