Senior Field Energy Debt & Revenue Protection Officer

British Gas is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to join a field-based team across Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames and South West London. You will visit customer premises, investigate debt and energy theft, assess vulnerabilities, and implement sustainable resolutions in a compliant, safe manner.

You will balance customer welfare with corporate risk, communicate clearly, and coordinate with billing and metering teams to ensure accurate data and outcomes.
