Customer Support Centre Agent (Facilities)

Apleona is seeking a Customer Support Centre Operative in Motherwell. You will provide high-quality customer service, handle calls from clients and contractors, and log requests in the CAFM system. The role includes raising purchase orders and supporting multiple departments.
