The Evolv Collection’s Coq D’argent in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support kitchen operations during service. You will supervise kitchen staff, assist on the pass during busy periods, and help ensure dishes are prepared and plated to a high standard.

You will also manage inventory with ADACO stock ordering, uphold health and safety standards, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests.
